Domestic Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
All shipments include tracking. Signature upon delivery may be required for high-value orders.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Transit times vary by destination.

Processing Time

Pieces in stock ship quickly.
Bespoke or made-to-order items have extended lead times noted on each product page.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All packaging is minimal, protective, and designed to preserve your piece during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original condition.

Eligible Items

Stock pieces that have not been worn or altered.

Final Sale Items

Bespoke pieces, custom orders, engraved items, and any altered jewelry are final sale.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different piece, please contact the studio.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Process

Contact us with your order number to initiate a return.
Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected.
